Get your 2019 off to a healthy and strong start with this Beginners Pilates 7-week course.

Pilates is based around strengthening the deep, stabilizing “core” muscles of the body and restoring natural alignment. In this course, we will cover the essential foundations of Pilates, maintain focus on correct alignment and core control and involve movement and exercises that condition and tone the whole body.
The course is perfect for you if:
- you are a beginner to Pilates
- you have practised Pilates before, but not for a little while
- you would like to develop and expand your practice.
Classes will be kept small so participants get individual attention, which is especially important for beginners.
