Holistic Pilates

Ola discovered Pilates mat as a complementary technique to her dance training and after realizing almost immediate results on her posture, strength and flexibility she decided to take on teacher training herself. Ola holds CYQ level 3 diploma from Pilates Institute Ireland that entitles her to work with special populations (pregnancy, post natal, seniors) and to use small equipment (stability balls, circles, tera bands, small balls, foam rollers). Yet her favourite form of work is pure mat Pilates when a practitioner can deeply connect to his/her own body and use it as exercise tool at the same time. Ola is trained in Michael King's method and she uses this method grately with adding further modifications by herself to ensure that system of exercises is suitable absolutely for everyone in her class.
